My thoughts
I really love Forklift. I use it every day. As for the beta, I definitely do experience some bugs which is understandable considering it is still in beta. One significant bug I keep facing is the FTP client frequently disconnects from my server. The really bad part is that there is no real warning informing me that Forklift is no longer connected. So I make changes to a file, and when I see the changes were not applied to a website I have been working on, that’s when I realize I am not connected to the server. So I have to click on the eject button, then reconnect for it to make changes.
The second issue maybe isn’t that significant to most users, but when you hover over the toolbar icons, there is no tooltip to descript its function. So until they fix that (If it is indeed a bug) I have to set the toolbar to show both the Icon and Text
