Our Marketing team is looking for a Graphic Designer to join us! Graphic Designers work in partnership with senior graphic design staff and copywriters to produce a variety of marketing and sales campaign materials, including digital media, mass media, direct response, collateral and the like. Designers protect and build the brand from a visual and idea standpoint. Proven design skills are a must. Effective collaboration with teammates, other internal departments such as marketing and digital operations is key to this position.
*This position has the opportunty to work remote in 40+ states that TDS Operates in.*
The pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. However, the base pay rate offered for this position is expected to be $51,000 – $58,000. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation.

Responsibilities
- Support the creation of impactful advertising and sales programs, including digital platform ads, digital collateral, direct response marketing, customer communications, sales materials, graphics packages and more. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Work with senior designers to create on-brand and on strategy designs across mediums.
Collaborate with copywriters on a project-by-project basis to ensure harmony and accuracy of design and content.
Apply production best practices to ensure that accurate and complete files are supplied to digital, print and other vendors.
Contribute to new campaign ideation and development.
Create original graphics, iconography and/or logos for special projects.
Create infographics and/or other visual assets to support web page design
Assist in the timely review of externally generated materials to ensure on-brand execution.
Work with Creative Manager, Trafficker, and other creative staff to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner, including:
Provide printing instructions to vendors and mail/distribution specialist.
Research alternative approaches and new message delivery channels (i.e.: direct response formats, internet).
Manage your workflow to deliver timely, high quality work
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
- 2+ years graphic design or print production experience.
Other Qualifications
- Professional graphic design work experience preferred.
- Strong production knowledge across digital and print channels. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Excellent commitment to task, tolerance of ambiguity, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Strong creative aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to master rapidly changing design technology.
- Thorough knowledge of Macintosh computer systems, including the following software programs: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite.
